Malmö C is easily reached by train in just 25 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. To and from the Kastrup airport, you can travel to the conference venue comfortably by direct train to Malmö Triangeln train station. Please be aware that tickets need to be purchased before entering trains and buses. We highly recommend you, if possible, to consider traveling to Malmö by train.

VISA, INSURANCE & VACCINATION

If you are a citizen of a country outside EU, you may need to apply for a visa. Delegates are advised to contact the nearest embassy, consulate or travel agency for information about the passport and visa requirements from their country for entry to Sweden. Please note, handling process for a visa application can take several months.

The registration fee does not include insurance. Delegates are advised to arrange insurance in their home country to cover potential trip cancellations for personal reasons, as well as accidents, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings during their stay. No vaccinations are required for travel to Sweden.
